About Our School
St. Anthony's College, Kandy is a Roman Catholic School in Kandy, Sri Lanka. The college
was established in 1854 by the Franciscan missionary, Felice Zoppi. The college is under
the management of the Sylvestro Benedictine congregation and falls under the Diocese of
Kandy. A number of notable individuals, including presidents, ministers, and
parliamentarians have graduated from the college.

Being named a presidential scout is indeed one of the highest
honours that can be bestowed upon a scout. Thus, the members of the Antonian
Scout Troop were entitled as presidential scouts by the Sri Lanka Scouts'
Federation.
Our boys adding upto a total of 8 making it the highest number of presidential
scouts awards in a single year for the past 15 years. br

Appointed a new captain and vice-captain for the 1st XI cricket
team for the new season of 2022. And so be it that Mast. Chamindu
Wickramasinghe, a national under 19 player has been appointed as the captain and
Mast. Asitha Wanninayaka has been appointed as the vice captain.

The St. John's Ambulance Brigade of St. Anthony's College Kandy decided to help
out a school situated in a rural area of the central province. With the kind
contributions from the students of the college, they were able to donate lunch
boxes, school shoes, books and other stationery to the students of Lihiniyagala
Primary School.
Taking it a step ahead the teachers of our college got together and donated a
printer, which the school was very much in need of.

The Sri Lanka U19 team clinched their third consecutive win in
the U19 Cricket World Cup underway, just a few hours ago.
The Antonian Mst. Anjala Bandara made a valuable contribution of 40 runs off 52
balls being the second highest scorer enabling the SL U19 team to secure victory
and qualify for the semi finals of the tournament!

standards of Company Quartermaster for Cadet platoon by the Nation Cadet Corps.

The Antonian computer fraternity hand in hand with the Antonian media unit successfully brought about the launching of ''SACK Digital Learning (Google classroom)'' on the 8th of January 2022. With the help of the OBA of SACK they were able to introduce it to the primary department as the initial stage with the hope of bringing it to the higher grades in the near future!!! #AntonianFamily
With the U19 Asia Cup done and dusted, the greatest challenge
is still lying ahead for our boys.
These three young Antonian gentlemen have been selected to represent Sri Lanka
at the U19 Cricket World Cup to be held in West Indies kicking off from the 14th
of this month.
The Antonian Community cannot be more prouder for what they’ve achieved.
